Matt Higgins serves as both the Vice Chairman of the Miami Dolphins and the CEO of RSE Ventures.
In 2012, with co-founder Stephen Ross, he launched RSE Ventures, an international sports, entertainment and technology venture firm. As CEO, he has founded several successful companies including Derris & Company and Catalyst Media Group. In addition to building businesses, Higgins actively invests as a partner at Vayner/RSE, an early stage venture fund created in partnership with serial entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk.
Prior to RSE, Higgins worked as the EVP of Business Operations at the New York Jets where he transformed the team’s profile through social media and non-traditional brand extensions. He has also served as COO of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where he was responsible for helping lead the rebuilding effort of the World Trade Center site.
Matt is also a board member of Autism Speaks where he leads the MSSNG project, a partnership with Google that aims to demystify autism through genetic sequencing and open science.
In 2008, Higgins was recognized in Sports Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 as one of the most outstanding executives in sports.

Charlie Stillitano is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Relevent Sports. Mr. Stillitano began his career in international football in 1992, where he served as the Venue Executive Director for the FIFA World Cup USA 1994 NY/NJ Venue. Following the 1994 FIFA World Cup, Mr. Stillitano was named Vice President and General Manager of the NY/NJ MetroStars of Major League Soccer. After five years as Vice President and General Manager with the MetroStars, Mr. Stillitano worked for Metromedia Company as the Managing Director of the newly formed Metromedia Soccer Properties LLC. Metromedia Soccer Properties was responsible for the development of Metromedia’s international soccer business, including exploring the acquisition of football clubs, stadium development, and the international match business.
In 2003, Charlie served as the Principal Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChampionsWorld LLC. In this role, Mr. Stillitano created the ChampionsWorld Series, which featured a collection of the world’s top international football clubs in matches during the summers of 2003 and 2004. Most recently, Mr. Stillitano was a senior executive at CAA Sports, a division of Creative Artists Agency, where he ran the company’s soccer business. CAA Sports represents more than 400 of the world's best athletes in team sports such as baseball, football, hockey, and soccer, in addition to icons in individual sports, on-air broadcasters, and other sports personalities.
Mr. Stillitano served as an inaugural Board Member of the U.S. Soccer Foundation from 1993 to 2007, and served as its Vice Chairman for 11 years and Chairman of the Grants Committee for 14 years until his retirement from the U.S. Soccer Foundation in 2007. Mr. Stillitano currently co-hosts a daily radio talk show entitled “The Football Show” for Sirius/XM Radio. The Football Show regularly features the biggest names in international football.

Jon Sheiman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Relevent Sports.
Prior to joining Relevent, Jon spent five years as a senior executive at CAA Sports and was a lead organizer of the World Football Challenge, the precursor to the International Champions Cup. Specializing in the creation and management of club events, marketing and branding platforms, Jon’s programs have been adopted by the world’s top professional soccer clubs and brands.
In 2003, Jon co-founded and served as a Senior Vice President at ChampionsWorld LLC. Jon developed and managed the ticketing programs for the ChampionsWorld Series, an event that set the standard for international club touring and achieved record revenue numbers during the summers of 2003 and 2004.
Jon began his career in international soccer 1999, where he served as an international program manager for Integrated Sports International and later The SFX Sports Group. While with SFX, Jon designed the company’s entry strategy into the Brazilian sports market focusing on athlete representation, stadium management, professional club consulting, and event management.
Jon received a BA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and a Masters of Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Daniel Sillman is the Chief Executive Officer of Relevent Sports.
Previously, Sillman served as the Director of Business Development at RSE Ventures, the majority owner of Relevent Sports, which is a sports, media and entertainment investment firm founded by Stephen Ross and Matt Higgins. Sillman was responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing on new investments at RSE Ventures. Additionally, he was responsible for ongoing investment management of RSE portfolio companies that included acting as a strategic advisor and director on several boards. Sillman sourced and managed investments in companies such as NextVR, Student Sports, Krossover and PureWow, among others.
Sillman founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Compass Management Group, a multi-client family office focused on athletes and entertainers. In 2016 Sillman sold Compass to the multi-family office group, FFO, where he serves as a partner and strategic advisor to the founders. Sillman was determined to provide comprehensive financial planning services that catered to a wide variety of client needs. Under his leadership Compass focused on; the organization of personal business affairs, cash flow management, tax analysis, investment management, asset preservation and protection planning and oversight of private investments.
Sillman serves on the advisory board for the Sports Management program at the University of Michigan. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Child Safe foundation, which is a foster care, adoption and mentoring agency working with neglected, abused and at-risk children. Sillman holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.

Mike Kordonsky is the CFO for Relevent Sports. Mike is responsible for all of the financial aspects of Relevent Sports business. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Mike spent seventeen years at the NBA as a Senior Director of Finance where he provided financial guidance to the Events and Production business segment. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hartford and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

A member of Relevent Sports since its inception, Matt Kontos serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Relevent Sports Matt worked with Charlie Stillitano and Jon Sheiman at CAA Sports in the agency’s soccer division. Matt graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in International Relations and was the captain of the men’s varsity soccer team.

Susie Fiore is General Counsel of Relevent Sports. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Susie was Legal Counsel at Major League Soccer, where she drafted and negotiated sponsorship agreements, broadcast agreements, and venue agreements. Prior to MLS, Susie was an associate in the private funds group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where she represented private equity fund sponsors in connection with the organization and operation of their investment funds. During her tenure at Weil, she also completed a 16-month secondment with Panasonic in Osaka, Japan. Susie received her A.B., in Environmental Science and Public Policy, from Harvard College, where she played on the varsity lacrosse team, and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

Tim Kassel is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Relevent Sports. Tim oversees all soccer competition aspects including stadium and training site operations, travel and team logistics, television broadcast and the day to day office functions of the business.
Tim brings with him over twenty years and 425 games of international soccer experience from the 94’ World Cup, Major League Soccer (MLS) and ChampionsWorld.

David Tyler, Senior Legal Advisor, of Counsel to Relevent Sports, has over 20 years of experience at the forefront of the soccer business. He was formerly Managing Director at TEAM Marketing in Switzerland where he spent 15 years working on the highly successful commercial programs for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. He is a highly experienced sports executive, lawyer and rights negotiator with particular expertise in the strategic, commercial and legal aspects of international TV rights sales and other commercial programs for major sports events.

Bryan serves as Vice President – Stadium Partnerships, where his general duties include overseeing the venue selection process, and negotiation of optimal stadium partnerships to ensure the commercially successful staging of Relevents’ events.
He is also responsible for expanding the companies’ strategic partnerships and developing new revenue generating platforms. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Bryan held the position of Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Client Services for The Washington Redskins (NFL). At the Redskins, he managed the team’s Account Management & Strategic Implementation Departments. Furthermore, he was responsible for bringing in major International Soccer Events to FedExField, including the United States Men’s National Team vs. Brazil (2012), Manchester United vs. Barcelona (2011) and Real Madrid C.F. vs. D.C. United (2009). Bryan resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife Katie and their children -son Kellan (5) and daughter Kohen (2).

Nicolas is the Vice President of Team Services and a founding member of Relevent Sports. He is responsible for the overall account management of Relevent’s club clients and his team manages the planning, execution, and reconciliation of International Champions Cup clubs across all regions of the tournament.
Prior to joining Relevent, Nicolas worked at the Creative Artists Agency with Charlie Stillitano and Jon Sheiman, as well as Howard Nuchow in the Los Angeles office. Nicolas graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Mandarin from Trinity College.

Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Beilenson served as Director, Global Partnerships for Ascendent Sports Group (sister company to Relevent Sports). He was responsible for creating and packaging solution-based partnership marketing programs for ASG’s growing family of represented properties, including the International Champions Cup (ICC), Miami Dolphins and College Football Playoff. Beilenson was responsible for negotiating ICC partnerships with Heineken (Presenting partner), McDonald’s, Ally Financial, Visit Orlando, Rakuten, Konami and Xyience Energy.
Prior to joining ASG, Beilenson was Senior Manager, Business Development at Major League Soccer / Soccer United Marketing, in which he helped lead the Global Sponsorship group in supporting the League and enterprise’s strategic priorities. At MLS / SUM, Beilenson was responsible for securing integrated corporate marketing partnerships for MLS, U.S. Soccer Federation, Mexican National Team and National Women’s Soccer League.
At Relevent Sports, Beilenson serves as Vice President, Global Partnership Development. He is responsible for collaborating with emerging and blue-chip brands to build integrated marketing partnerships. He will also help oversee all revenue generating streams tied to the commercialization and expansion of the ICC property and Relevent Sports.
Beilenson earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. He and his family reside in Old Greenwich, CT.

Prior to joining Relevent Sports Brendan served as Chief Operating Officer at UK Elite Soccer for over 20 years. Brendan helped UK Elite Soccer grow from a local camp company to a national brand serving players and families across the US. Elvis Ramos is the Controller/Director of Finance. Elvis is responsible for the accounting operations, financial reporting and analysis of Relevent Sports. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Elvis spent seventeen years at the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a Senior Manager of Finance where he provided financial planning and accounting management to various departments. Elvis is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University.

Molly has been with Relevent Sports from the beginning, joining in October of 2012. She currently serves as the Director of Business Operations. Prior to Relevent Sports, Molly worked under Jon Sheiman and Charlie Stillitano in the Soccer Department of CAA Sports. A 2010 graduate of UNC Chapel Hill she currently resides in Raleigh, NC.

Francesco has been with Relevent Sports since its inception. His talents and career goals followed a logical sequence from his passions in life: family, fútbol, fashion, and food. At an early stage he was able to successfully use his native Italian background as an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry and the fútbol field. Always blending an inherited curiosity for what brings flavors to life, with attention to details, a lot of creativity and an energetic personality. He brings over 20 years of international experience in fútbol, worked in the 1994 World Cup, in Major League Soccer, Champions World, the Football Challenge and most recently for International Championship Cup. Francesco is married to Patricia and is the proud father to their daughter, Raffaela.

Accountant for all entities. Al is a native of Guyana and earned his BBA in Accounting from Baruch College. Before joining the RSE family, Al worked in the accounting field for private and not-for-profit companies for over 15 years.

Christian joined Relevent Sports in May 2014 as Executive Assistant to Charlie Stillitano. In addition he acted as a Team Services Manager and assisted Matthew Kontos with Project Management. In August 2017 he transitioned into a full time role as a Team Services Manager. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Christian interned at Creative Artists Agency where he worked on the World Football Challenge, the precursor of the International Champions Cup. Christian graduated Lafayette College with a B.A. in Economics with a Certificate in Financial Policy and Analysis.

Max joined Relevent Sports in May 2016 and serves as the company’s Manager of Marketing Solutions. He previously served as the company's Marketing Coordinator. Prior to joining Relevent, Max worked for BT Sport in London and attended the Manhattan Sports Business Academy. Max was awarded a full-tuition scholarship by the Posse Foundation and graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in broadcast journalism and a minor in sociology.

Matt Kassel is the Manager of Team Services for Relevent Sports. Prior to joining Relevent Sports, Matt played professional soccer in MLS for the New York Red Bulls and Philadelphia Union. Matt attended the University of Maryland where he won a NCAA Men’s Division 1 National Championship in 2008. After leaving college early to accept a professional contract, Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while playing professional soccer.

Kiley joined Relevent Sports in April 2017 and serves as the Manager of Marketing Analytics. Prior to joining Relevent, Kiley worked for Epsilon as a Strategic Consultant on the Digital Strategy and Insights team. Kiley graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and was a member of the women’s varsity tennis team.
